Red eTap AXS is a new revolutionary groupset for road bikes. It's electronic, wireless and 12-speed. It uses new and modern gear ratios that allow for the same top speed, while offering easier gears and less gap between them. Also, the derailleurs offer more performance than the first generation Red eTap, with faster and more precise shifts. The F1-style shifting method remains the same, but the shift levers now have a more tactile click for more positive shifting in colder temperatures.

The AXS app allows riders to see battery status, change component behaviour, personalize controls, get maintenance reminders, and update firmware.

Thanks to a new hydraulic clutch system, the rear derailleur is now more silent than previous Red derailleurs. It keeps more tension in the chain for a more secure shifting performance.

The eTap batteries remain unchanged from previous version are literally a snap to remove and charge. Use the USB powered charger to recharge, a full charge takes up to 60 minutes. You can get up to 1000 kilometers of riding per charge
